​I had a great experience getting a car repaired at Rick's. The entire process was fast, smooth, and minimal stress thanks to Kevin, who took care of me from start to finish. ​When I brought the car in, Kevin did the teardown right in front of me, walking me through the damage piece by piece. We looked at what parts could be saved versus what needed replacement, aiming to keep my costs as low as possible which likely added some complexity to the job. Kevin was super responsive (picked up the phone every time I called) and was genuinely friendly, kind, and professional throughout. ​I am very happy with the outcome and customer service. Would definitely use them again (though hopefully won't need to lol) and highly recommend Rick's to anyone looking for auto body work 🙂

My 3 month old Ioniq 6 was hit by a semi, messed up bad. Took it where I've taken my cars for 20 years, Rick's in Silverlake. Just drove it home, drives perfect, looks good as the day I drove it out of the showroom. Kevin made insurance easy, even drove me to pick up and drop off my rental. Got my car ready ahead of schedule, went out of his way 'cause I wanted to pick up my daughter returning from college in my new ride. As always, incredible, personal service!

After two accidents this year and two visits to Rick's Auto Body I can't speak highly enough about the work Kevin and his team do. They reasonable and efficient. Worked very well with my insurance company. The customer service is top notch. I have been in 5 accidents in 5 years. Used 4 different body shops and Rick's is by far is the best in Los Angeles.

Honest, Skilled, Old-School Quality Shop I recently brought my 2025 Equinox EV to Rick’s Auto Body & Paint in Silverlake after an accident, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I ended up at Rick’s through a very unexpected—and surprisingly heartwarming—circumstance: the woman who accidentally hit my car, has been a loyal customer here for decades and insisted I take it to them. She told me they’ve always treated her right, even doing little extra touches over the years they never charged her for. After working with them myself, I understand why she’s been with them so long. From the moment I stepped in, Armen and Kevin made the whole process easy. Armen took the lead on my repair, and Kevin spent nearly an hour talking cars with me—these guys are true enthusiasts who care deeply about their craft. The damage turned out to be much more involved than I expected (including suspension and transmission-related components). Even so, Rick’s handled everything directly with the insurance company, kept me updated, and moved quickly. When I picked the car up, I was stunned. Kevin at Rick's was a godsend! I had some body damage to my 2002 4Runner that the insurance company considered totaled. Kevin took the project on and did an incredible job getting my car back to looking like new. Kevin was very knowledgable, communicative, and fair with the pricing. He delivered on his promise and did great quality work.
